ICA Development is a privately owned Los Angeles-based real estate investment and development company focused on urban infill locations in California. Our investment strategy is centered around a core vision for identifying residential investment opportunities with potential for significant capital appreciation through land entitlement, development and master planned community design.
Our mission is to create dynamic residential, multi-family, retirement communities and mixed-use developments that provide positive fiscal impacts to neighborhood communities, while utilizing design to incorporate green building practices and sustainable materials.
ICA employs a full spectrum development approach, managing the investment process throughout all phases of asset acquisition, planning, and entitlement. On select projects, ICA also manages the construction and sales process together with it’s general contractor, sales and marketing teams.
The ICA executive group has over 100 years of combined experience in California Real Estate development, specializing in acquisition, land planning, entitlement, construction, sales and marketing.
The ICA management team has sponsored on behalf of private investors, the investment development and management of real estate assets.
Real Estate Acqusition Criteria
ICA is targeting acquisition of $200mm in the next 12 months, with a focus on value and opportunistic risk which may include renovation, entitlement and development.
